This play zone is truly amazing. It's super sturdy and looks great, complete with flooring and stickers for decoration. Perfect as a secure spot for little ones to learn and have fun while adults keep an eye on them. Delivery was quick, and it was a breeze to put together. Plus, it's easy to take apart and store away.

We're really happy with our new playpen for our one-year-old. Just wish we had gotten it earlier! It looks great, and it's simple to keep the toys organized. We chose the white and grey color scheme, and it looks awesome. Assembly was a breeze, and it stays put on our laminate floor. Our little one can pull himself up, and the panels only shift a bit, which is what I expected! One thing I'd suggest is to have the balls that come with it in white and grey too, haha. Overall, it's an incredible product and way cheaper buying directly from Venture than anywhere else! Five stars!

Great item and top-notch quality!!

A few months back, I bought a pushchair and a projector from Venture. It was my first experience with them, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I've had a couple of questions, and they handled them right away. The last time I reached out was just a few days ago, about three months after my order. Even though it had been a while, Venture didn’t have to assist me or send a replacement for the projector, but they did it without hesitation!

Their team is super polite, really understanding, and quick to get back to you. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Venture has been incredible, and I’d totally recommend them without a doubt!

To those leaving negative feedback about DPD or other delivery services, I get it—there's room for improvement. But maybe you should hit up their review pages directly instead of posting it here.

I'm really satisfied with this playpen; my grandson enjoys it a lot!

The travel cot looks good, but it’s a bit too pricey for what you get—around £30 more than it should be. The playpen offers plenty of room, but don’t count on the suckers actually adhering to the floor. The manual suggests boiling them to regain suction, but honestly, I shouldn’t have to do that right from the start. Mediocre at best, and I really don’t think it was worth the money we spent.

I was really impressed with how fast the playpen arrived that I ordered for my twin grandkids. I'm quite pleased with how easy it was to assemble and the solid build. Honestly, the only area that could use some work is the quality of the balls; we ended up tossing those out before even using them since they were pretty flimsy and dented. Didn't seem safe for the little ones.

We got the duo playpen after a bit of mix-up since we thought it was the wrong item because the box said 80 x 39 x 65, while we ordered a large one. But when we measured it, turns out that was just the box size, and the playpen itself is just right. This playpen is quite spacious, giving our granddaughter plenty of room to move around. It's beautifully crafted, super safe, and a breeze to put together. I’d totally recommend this product! I got the first generation playpen and I’m really pleased with it! It’s super solid and arrived the next day! Couldn’t be happier with my choice!

I had a really bad time with my Aura stroller. When it arrived, I thought it looked pretty good and there were no visible problems. I tossed the box and took it out for a spin like anyone else would. But after a few uses, my one-year-old figured out how to unclip himself from the weak harness clip. I reached out to see if I could send it back if I got a box myself, but they told me that since I had used it and didn’t have the original packaging, I wouldn’t get a refund.

Honestly, a one-year-old shouldn’t be able to undo a stroller harness, and it’s just not right to deny me a refund because of a flaw in their product. The person I communicated with via email showed zero understanding of my situation. I won’t be buying from them again, and just a heads up for anyone thinking about this stroller—the clip is really flimsy.
